Turkey, Brie and Date Lettuce Wraps

Turkey, Brie and Date Lettuce Wraps
1 cup small cubes Nob Hill Trading Co. Mesquite Turkey (in our Deli)
1 cup small cubes Brie cheese, at room temperature
2 tbsp. minced shallots
2 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
4 Large Medjool dates, pits removed and coarsely chopped (in our Produce Dept.)
1½ tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1½ tbsp. champagne vinegar
12 small butter lettuce leaves
3 tbsp. chopped walnuts, toasted

Prep: 20 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Place turkey, Brie, shallots, thyme and dates in a medium bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar and toss to coat.

2. Pile into lettuce leaves and top with walnuts.
