Sausage with Pickled Tomatoes

Sausage with Pickled Tomatoes
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. McCormick Pickling Spice
1 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/4 of a thinly sliced red onion
4 to 6 bratwurst or chicken sausages

Prep: 10 minutes, Stand: 30 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Bring vinegar, water, sugar, sea salt and McCormick Pickling Spice to a boil in a small saucepan.

2. Place tomatoes and onion in a glass bowl and pour hot liquid over the top. Let cool.

3. Grill bratwurst over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning frequently. Place in toasted buns and top with pickled tomatoes and onions.
