Grilled Heirloom Bruschetta Flatbread

Grilled Heirloom Bruschetta Flatbread
4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into 1/2-inch pieces
1 pkg. Stonefire Grill Whole Grain Naan Bread (in our Deli)
3/4 cup diced heirloom tomatoes
1/3 cup Sable & Rosenfeld Olive Bruschetta, drained
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
extra virgin olive oil
snipped fresh basil

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8

1. Place cheese on naan bread. Top with tomatoes, bruschetta, Parmesan and a light drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

2. Grill over indirect heat for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasty, rotating occasionally. Sprinkle with basil.
