Sweet Sugar Crusted Biscuits

Sweet Sugar Crusted Biscuits
2 cups prepared baking mix
1/4 cup creme de cassis liqueur
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup milk, plus extra for brushing
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Flour, for kneading
Sugar, for dipping

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 8 to 10 minutes, Serves: 8

1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together baking mix, liqueur, marmalade, milk and walnuts.

2. Knead several times on a floured board, then press into a 10 X 5-inch rectangle; cut into 8 equal squares. Brush on both sides with milk, then dip in sugar, turning to coat all sides.

3. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
