Cranberry Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Cranberry Balsamic Brussels Sprouts
1 lb. medium-size Brussels sprouts
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup Cucina Antica Cranberry Sauce
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Freshly ground sea salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 6 to 8

1. Trim ends Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Melt butter in a very large skillet over medium heat. Add sprouts and cook for 10 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

2. Stir in cranberry sauce and balsamic vinegar. Cook for a few minutes more. Season to taste with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with walnuts.
