Easy Green Bean Casserole

Easy Green Bean Casserole
2 lbs. green beans
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup Bella Sun Luci Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Raley's Isle of Capri Seasoned Sea Salt
1/2 cup Raley's French Fried Onions
1/2 cup crushed croutons
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
pine nuts (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Sauté green beans in olive oil in a very large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Add wine, bruschetta, lemon juice and sea salt.

2. Top with French fried onions, croutons, cheese and pine nuts (optional). Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
