Turkey, Teleme and Fig Sandwiches

Turkey, Teleme and Fig Sandwiches
1 rustic French Baguette
4 oz. Teleme cheese (in our Deli)
1/2 cup Dalmatia Fig Spread (near the gourmet cheese in our Deli)
8 oz. very thinly sliced turkey
1 cup lightly packed baby arugula

Prep: 10 minutes,  Serves: 6 to 8

1. Cut baguette in half lengthwise. Spread bottom with cheese
and fig spread.

2. Top with turkey and arugula, then baguette top. Cut into 2-inch pieces and secure each with a decorative toothpick.

May be prepared several hours ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
