Parmesan Panko Fries

Parmesan Panko Fries
1/2 of a 28-oz. bag frozen steak fries
3 cubes Dorot Crushed Garlic, thawed
2 eggs
2/3 cup Progresso Panko Italian Style Bread Crumbs
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. Raley's Isle of Capri Sea Salt
1/3 cup flour
Olive oil cooking spray
Marinara sauce, warmed

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Thaw fries.

2. Mash garlic cubes and whisk in eggs in a shallow dish.

3. Stir together bread crumbs, cheese and salt in another dish.

4. Roll fries in flour, then egg mixture, then crumb mixture. Place on a large baking sheet and coat liberally on both sides with olive oil cooking spray.

5. Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown, spraying twice more with cooking spray. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
