Horchata French Toast

Horchata French Toast
2/3 cup Kern's Horchata (in the refrigerated case by the milk and juice)
5 tbsp. butter, divided
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
4 to 6 (1¼- inch thick) slices French bread
Powdered sugar (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 4 to 6 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Whisk together horchata, 3 tbsp. melted butter, sugar, cinnamon and eggs in a medium bowl. Dip bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.

2. Cook in a very large skillet in 2 tbsp. butter over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar, if you like.
