Truffled Deviled Eggs

Truffled Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
12 hard boiled eggs
6 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. snipped fresh chives
1 tbsp. truffle oil
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Finely chopped fresh rosemary (optional topper)
Directions

Save time by picking up precooked eggs. You’ll find them in the fresh egg case.

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 12

1. Cut hard boiled eggs in half and scoop out yolks into a medium bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, chives, truffle oil, sea salt and pepper.

2. Pipe or spoon mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh rosemary, if you like.
