Mojito Fries

Mojito Fries
1½ lbs. russet potatoes, cut into wedges
Vegetable oil for frying
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1½ tsp. chopped fresh mint
1½ tsp. chopped fresh mint

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Fry potatoes in hot oil until golden brown; remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

2. Place in a large bowl and sprinkle with lime juice, sugar and salt; toss to evenly coat. Sprinkle with cilantro and mint.
