Szechuan Walnut Salmon

Szechuan Walnut Salmon
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Dynasty Szechuan Hot & Spicy Seasoning (from a 1-oz. packet)
2/3 cup walnut halves or shelled walnuts
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup Raley’s Chefs’ Menu Szechuan Sauce
Steamed rice and steamed or grilled baby bok choy or sliced green onions (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 20 minutes  Serves: 4

1. Heat honey, butter and seasoning in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in walnuts and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Continue to cook until glaze is golden brown and walnuts are well coated.

2. Grill or pan-fry salmon for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking, basting liberally with Szechuan sauce.

3. Sprinkle walnuts over salmon and serve with rice, bok choy and green onions if you like.
