Coconut Fig Bars

Coconut Fig Bars
Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
1 cup flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
10 tbsp. softened butter
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (8.5 oz.) jar Dalmatia Fig Spread (in our Deli)
1/2 cup large unsweetened coconut flakes
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes  Cook: 30 minutes  Serves: 12

1. Stir together quick oats, flour, packed brown sugar, softened butter, baking soda and cinnamon until well mixed.

2. Press 3/4 of the mixture into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Spread Dalmatia Fig Spread over the top.

3. Stir together remaining oat mixture and unsweetened coconut flakes; sprinkle over fig spread. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, tenting with foil if top browns too quickly. Let cool before cutting into squares.
