Indian Chicken Salad Cups

Indian Chicken Salad Cups
12 wonton wrappers (in our Produce Dept.)
1 cup rotisserie chicken, chopped
3 tbsp. green onions, sliced
3 tbsp. red bell pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. Passage to India Korma Sauce (in our Ethnic Foods section)
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. wine vinegar
snipped fresh cilantro (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 10 minutes  Serves: 4

1. Press wonton wrappers into a greased 12-cup mini muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until crisp.

2. Stir together rotisserie chicken, sliced green onions, chopped red bell pepper and Passage to India Korma Sauce and olive oil and wine vinegar in a medium bowl.

3. Pile salad into cups. Garnish with snipped fresh cilantro, if you like.

this looked a lot better than it tasted. I don't know what it was that did it, but it just tasted off. When I made this I thought it would be so much better with a Thai peanut sauce with lime juice not vinegar. Also add some chopped water chestnuts too.
