BBQ Cola Chicken with Crispy Onions and Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup cola
1/2 tsp. Raley’s Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt
1 small onion, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
4 small Raley’s chicken breasts
1/2 cup Fresh Gourmet Crispy Onions
Slaw:
3 cups Mann’s Rainbow Slaw (in our Produce Dept.)
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: about 45 to 50 minutes, Serves: 4

Stir together barbecue sauce, cola, salt and onion in a 9-inch foil pan or camp skillet. Add chicken and press down to cover with sauce. Cover tightly with foil. Place on a grill over low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Remove foil and move to a section of the grill with higher heat. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes more to thicken sauce.

2. While chicken is cooking, stir together all slaw ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve chicken with slaw and sprinkle with crunchy onions.
