Banana Split Ice Cream Sandwiches

Banana Split Ice Cream Sandwiches
1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, divided
8 slices golden loaf cake (in our Bakery)
2 tbsp. chopped peanuts
1 pint Steve's Southern Banana Pudding Ice Cream or Ben & Jerry's Banana Split Ice Cream
1/3 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
1 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries

Prep: 30 minutes, Freeze: at least 2 hours, Serves: 4 

1. Spread 1 tbsp. fudge topping onto half the cake slices. Top with equal amounts of peanuts and ice cream.

2. Spread whipped topping onto remaining cake slices and top with cherries. Place on a baking sheet and freeze all for 15 minutes or until whipped cream is firm, but not hard. Press sides together and freeze until firm.
