Grilled Tofu and Green Onion Salad

Grilled Tofu and Green Onion Salad
Ingredients
3 green onions
1/2 red bell pepper
1 (6- oz.) package Wildwood SprouTofu Teriyaki Tofu
1/4 cup Girard's Champagne Dressing
1½ tsp. red miso
1½ tsp. sesame oil
1½ tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 cups Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 5 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Grill green onions, bell pepper and tofu over high heat for a few minutes on each side or until nicely charred. Let cool slightly, then cut all into bite-size strips.

2. Whisk together dressing, miso, sesame oil, honey and ginger in a medium bowl. Stir in broccoli slaw, cabbage and carrots.

3. Pile onto 2 plates and top with grilled tofu and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like.
