Pick-Me-Up Punch

Pick-Me-Up Punch
3 oz. G.T.'s Organic Raw Citrus Kombucha
1 oz. Bundaberg Ginger Beer
1 oz. St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
1 oz. St. George Botanivore Gin
Fresh thyme

This can either be made as a single cocktail, or in a punch bowl or pitcher for a group. Not too sweet, lightly alcoholic, perfectly refreshing for summertime! To make this punch for a group, simply apply the same ratios of 3:1:1:1.

Prep: 5 minutes, Serves: 1

1. Stir together kombucha, ginger beer, St-Germain and gin.

2. Serve over a single ice cube and garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
