Spicy Beef Harissa Street Tacos

Spicy Beef Harissa Street Tacos
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
8 oz. Raley's Beef skirt or flank steak
3 (1/2 -inch thick) slices onion
1/4 cup Mina Harissa Sauce (or to taste)*, divided
6 to 12 (4½- inch) corn tortillas
1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Lemon wedges

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 6 to 10 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Stir together all seasonings in a small bowl; rub onto both sides of beef.

2. Cook beef and onion on a lightly oiled grill over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until beef is cooked to your liking and onion is soft and lightly charred. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing and coarsely chopping beef and onions.

3. Grill tortillas for 30 seconds on each side to warm. Spread harissa sauce down the center of each and fill with meat and onions. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro and serve with lemon wedges.

*Use spicy harissa sauce lightly or mild harissa sauce liberally.
