Lime and Chili Mignonette

Lime and Chili Mignonette
lime zest
juice from 2 limes
1 small finely minced shallot
1 finely minced serrano chili
2 tbsp. champagne vinegar

1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Spoon a small amount into each oyster.
