Ham, Cheese and Banana Panini
Ingredients
2 tbsp. Sunnyside Farms Butter
1/4 cup grainy mustard, like Raley's Ground Dijon
8 (1/2-inch thick) slices Pugliese bread (in our Bakery)
4 slices Havarti or Jack cheese
8 oz. thinly sliced Deli ham
1 ripe banana, halved and sliced lengthwise
Directions

These tasty sandwiches are $10 for 4 servings, leaving room in the budget to add a tossed green salad or cut fresh veggies.

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 5 to 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Spread one side of each bread slice with butter and place buttered side down on a board. Spread half the bread slices with mustard. Top with equal amounts of cheese, ham and banana; close sandwiches.

2. Cook for 5 minutes in a panini press, or for 5 minutes on each side in a skillet, pressing down with a spatula or plate to flatten slightly.
