Baby Back Pork Ribs

Baby Back Pork Ribs
Ingredients
Smokers Wild BBQ Hawg Rub:
1/2 cup kosher salt
1/4 cup Raley's Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1 tbsp. onion powder
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tbsp. Cayenne pepper

8 racks baby back pork ribs, or about 8 lbs.
2 cups apple juice
1 (18- oz.) bottle prepared barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Sunnyside Farms Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup honey

This rib recipe is sized for tailgating or gameday at your house with friends. There’s plenty for everyone!

Prep: 20 minutes, Cook: 5½ hours, Serves: 8 to 12

1. Preheat smoker to 250˚F. Combine all rub ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Generously cover ribs with rub. Place bone side up inside smoker and cook for 3 hours, spritzing every 25 minutes with apple juice.

2. During the last 15 minutes, heat barbecue sauce, butter and honey in a large saucepot, stirring with a whisk until well-blended. Remove ribs from smoker and brush with sauce (about 4 tbsp. per baby back rack). Wrap with foil and place back in smoker for 1½ hours at 250˚F.

3. Remove ribs from foil and brush with sauce and place on smoker for 45 to 60 minutes until the sauce has set. Remove from smoker and slice into individual servings.
