Chicken Gyros

Chicken Gyros
1 lb. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. Raley's Olive Oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large clove garlic, minced
2 flatbreads or pitas
1/4 cup sliced green or red bell peppers
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
Tzatziki sauce

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 6 to 8 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Preheat large pan or griddle to medium heat. Cut chicken into thin slices and place in a medium bowl with oil, lemon juice, spices and garlic. Mix well until all chicken pieces are fully coated.

2. Cook chicken for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring every few minutes. Remove from heat and place in warm flatbread; top with peppers, onion, cucumbers and sauce.
