Dog Town California Chili

Dog Town California Chili
2 lbs. Raley's ground beef
1 medium red onion, chopped
1½ cups Raley's Chicken Broth
1 stalk celery, chopped
1½ cups dry Raley's pinto beans, rinsed and drained
3 tbsp. paprika
3 tbsp. cumin
3 tbsp. Raley's Brown Sugar
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (28- oz.) can crushed tomatoes
Chopped red onion (topper)
Raley's Shredded Cheddar Cheese (topper)

Prep: 30 minutes, Cook: 2 to 3 hours, Serves: 5 to 6

1. Brown ground beef and onions in a large stockpot. Add remaining ingredients except toppers and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 2 hours.

2. Serve in bowls or on hot dogs with chopped onion and shredded Cheddar.
