Mexican Chicken and Potato Salad

Mexican Chicken and Potato Salad
1 cup cold, chopped rotisserie chicken (in our Deli)
1 cup cold, cooked, diced red potato
1/4 cup Raley's Pico de Gallo
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (2-oz.) individual cup or 1/4 cup guacamole
1/2 tsp. Tajin Clasico Seasoning (in our Produce Dept.)
Tortilla chips (optional)
Jicama sticks (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Stir together all ingredients except chips and jicama in a medium bowl. Place in 2 small covered containers and refrigerate until ready to serve. 

2. Pack with tortilla chips and jicama, if you like.
