Cajun Mary
1/2 cup vodka
4 Talk O’ Texas Hot Pickled Okra
4 Old South Tomolives Pickled Green Tomatoes
4 pickled asparagus OR
pickled green beans
8 oz. Raley’s Tomato or Low Sodium Vegetable Juice
1½ tsp. lemon juice
1½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. blackened seasoning
8 to 10 dashes Tabasco sauce
Garnish: Cooked shrimp coated with blackened seasoning, grilled, sliced Andouille sausage, pickled okra, bell pepper strips and lemon wedges
Lemon wedges plus blackened seasoning to rim glass

Prep: 10 minutes, Steep: 1 to several hours, Serves: 2

1. Stir together vodka, okra, Tomolives and asparagus or green beans in a medium-size jar or cup. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2. Strain vodka from solids and stir in remaining ingredients except garnishes. Rub rims of glasses with lemon wedges, then roll edges in blackened seasoning. Pour mixture over ice into prepared glass. Serve with suggested garnish.
