Italian Mary
1/2 cup vodka
6 Nob Hill Trading Co. Italian Spiced Olives, plus 1 tbsp. brine from jar
6 pepperoncini, plus 1 tbsp. brine from jar
1 cup Raley’s Tomato Juice
1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1-1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. celery salt
5 dashes Tabasco sauce
Lemon wedges and celery salt to rim glasses
Garnish: Pepperoncini, olives, proscuitto, ciliegine mozzarella balls, cherry tomatoes, rosemary and basil stems

Prep: 10 minutes, Steep: 1 to several hours, Serves: 2

1. Place vodka, olives, pepperoncini and brine in a small cup or jar. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients except garnishes. Rub rims of glasses with lemon wedges, then roll edge in celery salt. Pour mixture over ice into prepared glasses. Serve with suggested garnishes.
