Butternut Broccoli Slaw Salad

Butternut Broccoli Slaw Salad
3 tbsp. Raley’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2½ tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Raley’s Sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 cups coarsely shredded butternut squash
3/4 cup small cubes Havarti cheese
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 (12-oz.) package Mann’s Broccoli Cole Slaw

Prep: 15 minutes, Marinate: 1 hour, Serves: 6

1. Stir together olive oil, lemon juice, sugar and garlic salt in a large bowl.

2. Stir in shredded butternut squash, small cubes Havarti cheese, minced red onion and Mann’s Broccoli Slaw and toss well to coat.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour for flavors to blend.
