Sriracha Egg Salad

Sriracha Egg Salad
Ingredients
1/4 cup Just Mayo Sriracha flavor
2 tbsp. minced red onion
2 tbsp. minced celery
1 tsp. Raley's Spicy Brown Mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)
4 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
Sriracha Kettle Chips, crackers or naan bread
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Stir together mayo, onion, celery, mustard, lemon juice, garlic salt and parsley in a medium bowl. Add eggs  and stir in lightly.

2. Spoon into 2 small containers; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Pack with sriracha chips or crackers or spoon between pieces of naan bread.

Tip: Skip the bread and pack your favorite lettuce leaves as a low-carb wrap option.
