Cashew Apple Date Dip

Cashew Apple Date Dip
1/4 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup peeled, minced apple
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
8 Medjool dates, pitted and finely chopped
Graham crackers or wheat bread

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Stir together all ingredients  except crackers in a medium bowl.

2. Place in 2 small covered containers and refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Pack with crackers or spread between slices of bread.

Tip: For more fall flavor, substitute a tablespoon of puréed pumpkin for the apple.
