Salted Lime Tom Collins

Salted Lime Tom Collins
1/2 lime
1/2 cup ice
4 sugar cubes
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 oz. gin
Raley's Club Soda
Lime wedge (garnish)

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 1

1. Cut lime into quarters. Add to a cocktail shaker with ice, sugar cubes, lemon juice and salt in a cocktail shaker. Muddle 5 to 6 times or until limes and sugar are broken down. Add gin, then cover and shake well.

2. Pour into a Collins glass or other tall glass. Top with Raley's Club Soda and ice cubes. Garnish with a lime wedge.
