Lemon Sea Salt

Lemon Sea Salt
2 lemons
1/2 cup salt

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 10 minutes Makes: about 1/2 cup

1. Preheat oven to 250°F. 
2. Finely zest lemons and place zest on a baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes or until zest is very dry, stirring occasionally; let cool.
3. Place salt and lemon zest in a small food processor and pulse several times to mix. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Usage: Great with poultry, pork or eggs.
