Tandoori Tomato Chicken Salad

Tandoori Tomato Chicken Salad
3 tbsp. Patak's Tandoori Marinade, divided
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. honey
1½ cups diced tomatoes
1/2 cup slivered red onion
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1½ lbs. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Freshly ground sea salt to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Whisk together 1 tbsp. tandoori marinade, oil, lime juice and honey in a large bowl; stir in tomatoes, onion and cucumber.

2. Brush chicken on both sides with remaining tandoori marinade and salt. Cook on a well-oiled grill over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

3. Let cool until warm, then cut chicken into bite-size strips. Add to bowl with vegetables and toss to coat.
