Tropical Honey Cinnamon Rolls

Tropical Honey Cinnamon Rolls
1 loaf Bridgford Ready-Dough (from a 48- oz. package), thawed
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice

Tropical Caramel Sauce:
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup honey
1/2 to 1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. cinnamon

Prep: 30 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes
Rise: about 2 hours, Makes: 12 cinnamon rolls

1. Roll thawed dough into a 12x12-inch square on a lightly floured board and brush with 1 tbsp. melted butter. Stir together cinnamon and allspice in a small bowl. Spread over entire surface of dough; roll up tightly and pinch edges to seal.

2. Cut dough into 1-inch slices and set aside. Stir together all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan; cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then spread over the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan. Place rolls in pan, cut side up, evenly spacing in pan.

3. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size (rolls should almost fill pan). Preheat oven to 350°F; bake for 20 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving platter.

Tip: These rolls aren't quite lowfat, but are a reduced-fat treat. It's our little holiday splurge.
