Champagne Soaked Citrus Salad

Champagne Soaked Citrus Salad
4 cups peeled and sliced citrus fruit (your choice: oranges, tangerines, grapefruit)
3/4 cup champagne (about 1 (187-ml). bottle)
2 to 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. crème de cassis (in the Liquor Dept.)
Pomegranate arils (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Chill: at least 1 hour, Serves: 6

1. Combine fruit in a medium bowl. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.

2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving with a slotted spoon. Top with some pomegranate seeds, if desired.
