Country Egg Biscuit Sandwiches

Country Egg Biscuit Sandwiches
1¼ cups Bisquick Baking Mix (Heart Healthy or Regular)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (2.64- oz.) packet McCormick Sausage Flavor Country Gravy
6 eggs, fried

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 to 12 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Preheat oven to 450°F and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Stir together baking mix, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and dry gravy mix in a medium bowl. Drop into 6 round mounds about 1-inch thick on prepared baking sheet; pat surface lightly to smooth.

3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven and set aside to cool slightly.

4. Cut in half lengthwise with a serrated knife and place a hot fried egg and remaining cheese inside hot biscuits.
