Crepes with Lemon Honey Goat Cheese Filling
2 (5- oz.) disks Cypress Grove Chèvre (in our Deli)
6 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Grated zest of two lemons
1 (5- oz.) package crepes
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
Prep time: 10 minutes

Combine chevre, 6 tbsp. powdered sugar, cream, honey, lemon juice, vanilla and lemon zest in a small bowl. Divide equally among crepes, spreading to cover. Roll crepes and dust with sifted powdered sugar.

Makes 10 crepes.

Tip: Put powdered sugar in a small strainer for sprinkling over finished crepes.
