Italian Bean Stew

Italian Bean Stew
1 (16- oz.) package Aidells Pesto Sausage
1 (15- oz.) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2- oz.) can Raley's Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1/3 cup diced carrots
1/3 cup diced onions
1/3 cup diced celery
1 cup chicken stock
2 tsp. Morton & Bassett Italian Blend Seasoning

Serves: 6

1. Slice sausage and place in a medium saucepan with remaining ingredients.

2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.

Wine Suggestion
Merlot - This recipe needs a lighter red and would also work well with a very soft Zinfandel.
