Chayote and Avocado Salad
3 chayote squash, pitted and diced
1 cup sliced radishes
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 (2.25- oz.) can sliced olives, drained
1/3 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Spicy Ranch Dressing
1 tbsp. cider vinegar

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Place squash in a bowl; stir in radishes, avocado and green onions.

2. Stir together dressing and vinegar; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
