Baked Potato Salad

Baked Potato Salad
2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes
1/4 cup snipped chives or green onion tops
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/4 cup light Caesar dressing
1 1/2 tsp. J&D's Original Bacon Salt
Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Place in
a steamer basket over boiling water and steam
for 15 minutes or until tender; let cool. Place
potatoes in a large bowl with chives. Stir together reamining ingredients in a small
bowl, then carefully stir into potatoes.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings.
