British Banger Dogs
1 (16- oz.) package Evergood British Style Bangers
4 Sandwich or hot dog buns, toasted
London Pub Steak and Chop Sauce (topping)
Radishes (topping), minced
Cucumber (topping), minced
Chopped onion (topping)
Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (topping)

Cook: 5 to 10 minutes, Serves: 4

Cook bangers as desired (grill, boil or pan fry) and place in buns. Serve with toppings.

Wine Suggestion
Malbec - These bangers are great with a brown English ale, like Newcastle, or if beer's not your thing, try a hearty red like this one.
