Sutter Sirloin Grilled Sandwiches

Sutter Sirloin Grilled Sandwiches
1 lb. Raley's Beef Sutter Sirloin Steak California raised USDA choice
1 large green bell pepper, halved
1/2 large white onion, cut into thick slices
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Raley's Ketchup
1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
5 Artisan Ciabatta Rolls, toasted
5 to 10 slices Sargento Muenster Cheese
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 10 to 15 minutes Serves: 5

1. Brush steak, bell pepper and onion with olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill over
medium-high heat until cooked to your liking.

2. Let cool slightly; slice steak thinly and cut peppers
into strips.

3. Stir ketchup and Tabasco together in a small bowl; spread
mixture on both sides of toasted rolls. Top bottoms with
slices of cheese, steak, peppers and onion slices; close
