Toasted Walnut Dressing

Toasted Walnut Dressing
1 cup chopped California walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup La Tourangelle Walnut Oil
1/3 cup Heinz Tarragon Vinegar
4 green onions, sliced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Prep: 10 minutes, Makes: about 2 cups

1. Combine walnuts, oil, vinegar and onions in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. (Dressing will be thick.)

2. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Best made and eaten the same day.
