Mushroom Beef

Mushroom Beef
1 lb. Sutter Sirloin
1 cup reduced-sodium beef broth
1 cup red wine to a boil
2 tsp. Pistol River Mushroom Ultimate Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Grill or broil beef until cooked to your liking, about 5 minutes on each side for
medium-rare. Set aside and keep warm. Bring broth and wine to a boil in a small
saucepan. Boil until mixture is reduced to 1/2 cup. Stir in seasoning and Dijon
mustard. Slice steaks, then pour sauce over top. Meat and juices are delicious
served over mashed potatoes.

Makes 4 servings.
