Caesar Shrimp Lettuce Wraps
1½ cups medium-size cooked shrimp, tails removed
1/4 cup quartered grape tomatoes
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
8 small hearts of romaine leaves
1/4 cup light or regular Caesar salad dressing
2 tbsp. shaved Parmesan cheese

Prep: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Place equal amounts of shrimp, tomatoes and green onions into romaine leaves.

2. Drizzle with dressing and top with cheese.
